Paperclip Party Creations is a full service balloon décor and face painting company located in Edmonton Alberta.Christine Garcia is a mother and entrepreneur who developed a love for creating stylized balloon décor in her high school gymnasium many years ago.  Growing up, this balloon décor was always a passion of mine, and I always admired those who eventually became my role models. As a professional based in Edmonton, I’ve been helping clients like you create events that look and feel like their vision since 2012.
